Working with AutomateForMe should feel straightforward. These terms explain responsibilities on both sides so there are never surprises.
Engagement
Projects kick off with a scoped statement of work that outlines deliverables, success metrics, and timelines. Change requests are documented and approved before we build.
Availability
We operate Monday–Friday AEST with 24/7 monitoring for production automations. Emergency support outside hours is included for active customers.
Confidentiality
Your data and playbooks stay yours. We sign mutual NDAs on request and never disclose workflow details without written consent.
Billing
Monthly retainers are invoiced upfront; project work is split 50/50 between kickoff and delivery. Late payments pause work after a 7-day grace period.
Cancellation
You can cancel with 30 days notice. We’ll export assets, documentation, and handover SOPs so your team can keep running smoothly.
